BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
-Must have relevant experience in similar role in the health and social care.
-Valid driving licence.
-Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
-Superior presentation and communication skills, both written and verbal.
-Excellent organisational skills, with emphasis on priorities and goal setting.
-Technical skills required to understand and propose products or solutions by focusing on client requirements.
-GCSEs or equivalent, but not necessary.
-Certification or training in first aid and cardiopulmonary resuscitation (CPR) desirable, but not essential.
-Training in safe patient handling and movement desirable, but not essential
-Excellent interpersonal skills.
-Ability to understand and follow policies and procedures.
-UK Full Driver’s Licence (Clean)
-Minimum of one year driving experience within 30-mile radius.
-Drive in inclement weather, such as light snow.
-Interact with customers in a professional manner.
-Familiarity with GPS devices or map apps
-Ability to manage time and routes
-GCSEs or equivalent required
-Experience providing direct care to patients with intellectual and developmental disabilities
-Valid driving licence
-Current First Aid and CPR certification
-Excellent organisational, interpersonal and communication skills
-Compassionate about the care and well-being of others
